2025 – Year in Review

14 April 2026

As we reflect on 2025, it has been a year defined by growth, achievement and strong community connection. This past year has reinforced our commitment to quality, capability and regional impact.
A key milestone was successfully completing audits and becoming certified to ISO 3834 and AS 5131, strengthening our quality assurance and reinforcing our commitment to industry best practice in structural steel fabrication and welding. We were also honoured to be awarded Business of the Year and Excellence in Large Business at the Snowy Valleys Business Awards, a proud achievement that recognises the strength of our team and the standards we continue to uphold.
Our people remain at the heart of our success. In 2025, four apprentices completed their apprenticeships and became qualified tradesmen — a significant milestone for both them and our apprenticeship program. We also employed additional apprentices to continue building future talent within our industry. Importantly, we achieved zero lost time injuries across the year, reflecting our strong safety culture and the shared responsibility our team takes in looking out for one another. Throughout the year, we proudly supported our community by sponsoring Tumut Rugby League, Tumut Minor League, Tumut Bulls Rugby Union, Tumut Takes 2, Big Brothers Big Sisters Australia and the Festival of the Falling Leaf, along with donations to KidsXpress and the Hammy Cup.
It was also a strong year for projects and tenders. We secured and commenced major works including the Snowy Hydro Murray 2 pipework overhaul, Humelink West manufacture of structural steel hurdles, and Martinus Rail platform manufacture and installation. These projects reflect our growing capability and position us strongly for continued growth.
As we move into 2026, we do so with pride in what we have achieved and confidence in the direction ahead. Thank you to our team, clients and community for being part of another outstanding year.
